Experiencing God is part of our total human experience, and as such it must include a community dimension. Just as we are called to a personal relationship with God, so are we called to share this relationship with others - in community.

The Catholic Church has always celebrated God's presence with liturgical rites, in community and in the Lord's Word. One of the Church's most distinguishing characteristics is its sacramental practices. Sacraments are the experiences that form us into community. They are the special gifts that are given to us as members of the Catholic Church and are an integral part of what it means to be Catholic.

The seven sacraments are Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.

Sacrament of Reconciliation

Saturday 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. or by appointment - call the Parish Office.

Baptism

Expectant parents are asked to call the Parish Office to arrange for Baptism Interviews and register for the Baptism Seminar. Baptisms are celebrated only at weekend liturgies on the 4"’ weekend of the month. Exception: during the Season of Lent no baptisms are celebrated. (Sorry, no private baptisms.)

Matrimony

Date may be set only after the approval of the Parish Priest. Diocesan Policy requires six (6) months notice and a Marriage Preparation Program before a marriage take place. For further policies, please contact the Parish office.

Anointing of the Sick

When a person begins to be in danger due to sickness, accident, hospitalization or old age, please contact the Parish Office.

Hospital Visits

We appreciate knowing when a parishioner is in, or going in the hospital. Please contact the Parish Office.
